You are correct from what I read in Owls second link. It stated that the income level was the most diffcult ot overcome to get o% tax rate.

chevyman, Good point. You are correct. I guess Dean is just telegraphing his intentions so he can sell a small amount of his holdings after FDA approval without everyone making a big deal out of it.
