About the dilution here. Jim had a 504 deal going. He already received his money from the 504 investor to launch his software. Now the 504 investor gets shares from LCRE to sell into the market to get his back with a sweet profit. Jim has NO control over this selling. He's contractually obligated to hand over shares until the debt is paid off. Jim has stated in emails he's finished with this 504 investor, and when he's paid off, that dilution will be over! Private investors have seen the volume here, and the product first hand, and will invest for restricted shares.
