Thanks ...entry price is .095 ....thats why I was thinking of adding more...it certainly seems there is more upside than down for ACTC...question was more directed at why is this so low?...are we waiting on big results, resolution to a political or moral issue or..are we in court about something? ...I would guess the answer to all my questions is...yes...
