In one of my conversations with Robert,he did say they would dilute in a controlled manner, not to hurt shareholder value, but to get them to the next level, which is where we have to go to make money. All start ups have to have some dilution so they can grow. This then will get us to the promise land.

Thanks for posting this... Maybe others are not doing proper DD and blaming management for their own misunderstanding... Im still doing my DD here and sure others are as well.

Companies go PUBLIC for the SOLE purpose or raising $$$$ via equity. The fact that they NEED $$$$ is not the focus of smart money, its how the $$$ is spent and what it accomplishes that matters... i can tell by your comments that you're a savvy trader

Those that went into this investment thinking there would be no dilution have a lot to learn about the penny market. Expect dilution with ALL of them.

I see them doing food shows, landing mass chains, creating marketing materials, etc... This takes $$$$... If they DONT raise $$$ and strengthen their brand, this is a worthless investment regardless...

Instead of worrying about it, lets figure out what its being spent on and how they are positioning in the marketplace. Then we will have a better clue as to when to position for the growth stage, or sell and come back later.
