perfect... since MM and FL have both filed form 3's... then they will have to file a form 4 within 48hours of a change in ownership.


today was a larger volume day... and plausible, IF you are correct, that one or both, could have cut some shares loose today...


we should know by friday if they were selling into today's volume.


or... regardless, within 48 hours of any liquidation that they would make... again... providing that you are correct.


and, given YOUR theory that the o/s is 3b... then the roughly 25mm shares that they would have to move out at .04 to cover the million bucks shouldn't do much damage to the float... that would represent less than 1% of the o/s number that you tout.

personally, im not so convinced that your theory holds any water, but... end of april is almost here... ive waited this long... i'll stick around to see how this plays out.
