Spokeshave, firstly, let me thank you for your continuing posts which deal with the tech aspects of NVEI's work. While I do not pretend to understand them completely, they do illuminate & some even manage to seep through to the little gray cells.
As for your questions put to JH, when I read them in your post, I suspected that mgmt would not even want THAT information getting through to the great unwashed (us) simply because they have, imo, a carefully laid out plan of information dissemination
designed to advise the public and telcos, etc., as to the nature of our "disruptive" technology. Cooper is nothing if not a planner who, along with his people, have carefully assessed
their options and have, to the best of their ability, selected the optimal, unswerving path for the benefit of us, the s/h's and company alike. If this interpretation seems to be tooting NVEI's whistle, one has only to examine the success Cooper has had with campaigns while with other companies; one cannot help but think that he is following the same types of strategies that has made him a successful senior manager/now CEO. I agree that it is very inclusive path, to the detriment of shareholder morale, too much of a "good thing", if you will. Ultimately, one completes critical analysis (as I have done, at any rate) of his MO and relies upon his professional record to speak for him. That's my story and I'm sticking to it! (Thank you, Ernie).
