I did not own the stock last year, but having downloaded and saved to my big file on JADA a number of posts from last year, i note that there was much suspicion that a big selloff of JADA in May 09 was done by CHFI after the 10-K and Q1 10-Q were filed in May. Read the old message board posts here and at Yahoo from May 2009 onward.
Now, with (ostensibly) CHFI, or some Big Seller likely related to CHFI (i.e., one of the satellite companies around CHFI), recently having dumped millions of shares of JADA from Feb 1 to March 19, and then again from April 9 onward, the big question is: will they also do a share-dump for profit taking after allowing a big run-up on a healthy earnings report?
Who knows? .... At some point, i surmise, the Big Seller wants to be a HUGE profit maker on the stock, just as with previous CHFI-listed companies like GFRE, UTA, ONP, et al.
So at some point i think JADA will be allowed to fly up to a truer valuation without all this manipulative selling as we so recently witnessed, for instance, that day when PERT and HDSN performed a remarkable "in tandem" sell-down with many millions of shares sold in a day.
We longs are on a remarkable roller-coaster ride with JADA! But i do think it is going to turn out VERY, VERY WELL for all of us.
