The company makes money and it has sufficient cash to cover all bankruptcy costs. There are no significant unsecureds or bondholders who will want to try and take shares at time of reorg. We are so covered in paint that MESA is the bleepin Blue Man Group. Who knows what the real thing looks like. IMHO it is much higher than here.

This is a Q, that is why we are at current prices there is no logic until the story can be easily told to the masses.

And when the close is painted it usually opens where it should have without the paint. As it did today opening @ .091
Of course then it looks like it is down for the day. Painting don't do diddly.
