I looked into this earlier this morning, MCCI and Seakinetics Corporation are under the same address. 16715-12 Yonge Street, Suite 311, Newmarket, ONT L3X 1X4, Canada With the news that was out on March 16th I’m thinking Seakinetics is looking for Board of Directors and a management team within MCCI. I may be off on this I don’t know for sure.

Totally agree and if we get news confirming the merger and distribution of preferred shares this could pop into pennyland.
