I think it's the economy. Too many people are out of a job. The ones that do have a job are just trying to pay their bills. JMHO

Even with the impairment charge taken out, they still lost $700,000, had weak Q4 sales after strong projections, and have a looming debt payment that will need to be restructured.

If they could do something with that 1.5 million dollar bar tab that does not lead to more dilution, it would help.

I think what is going to happen is they will give away more shares to pay it down.

I know dilution and OTC stocks go hand in hand, but I think there are some real investors looking at this stock, and it bothers them.
