Even if they did max it out, which they won't, then MATW kicks in and the shares are done...Especially if they get some type of LOC on receivables...Too many options and I think the only reason they used treasury shares was for old debt...Personally I don't know why but things are happening at EI so it was for the company...

Money has always been an issue with these guys but they survive...so will we, IMO...

Hey, from what I hear on all the scammy stocks, a maxed out A/S is great...no more dilution, stock will run, blah, blah, blah...


So which is it...Max A/S good???? Since all punks/pennies R/S you can't use that excuse...
