I do understand them. Outstanding shares don't matter to you until we know what's behind them.

But once again, that's an extremely foolish way of thinking and dangerous to be sharing with others.

Investing into the unknown at $2.00 with 6 million shares outstanding carries three times the risk as with 2 million shares. To think otherwise, is insanity, and certainly is an argument one would only find on a pinksheet penny stock message board.


Call even a barely educated broker with the same argument if you want to get laughed at.
