There is gonna be a R/S. There is enough shares in the powers to be hands. I bet there is very little retail who own enough Genta shares to make a difference.


All this 8-k stuff is just the beginning of the normal process to realign all the amendments and shares.

The catch 22 this time is PPS. If we do not go to .01 or sub .01 we may be looking at a smaller R/S.

like a 20 or 10/ split this time.
