That to me is what were are all focused on! past Mangement or a lack of. This Management Regime, even though some or all were around before, watching and learning how to fail, are a different breed I contend , they know how NOT to do it and from what I've gathered are acting like REAL MANAGERS act.Thats all I will say, they will "bring er home," that is how these types are hard wired. They are no doubt arrogant,hard headed, give orders better than taking them, don't color in lines well, and again..... failure is not in their vocabulary.
( Candy B. could tell a snake oil salesman aka mine scammer a mile away, there have been plenty blow thru the area over the years that she, or her Family have dealt with I am sure, she hasn't seen any indication of that per her last land owners tour)
