Yes, a LOP would be value neutral, with exception of the cost of printing new currency and orchestrating the exchange.

The title of the article states improve value.

"Iraqi dinar soon to be rebased by central bank to improve value"

So it's still unclear which way they will go, there seems to be conflicting information in all these articles. We will just have to ride it out to see.

Aerospace- why wait. If they are going to LOP then LOP now. If they are going to LOP then LOP as there are zero benefits to waiting for a later date.
