I actually believe you and the honest people you just mentioned.
I've been burned before and it shouldn't be surprising to anybody that I am cautious. There's a saying "Once you get bitten by a snake you'll be afraid of a lizard".

As I said in one of my previous posts - if I make enough money here I will gladly justify a trip to one of Monkinars to meet the people behind the scenes. I also said before - I hate pumpers and bashers and I am not either one and will never be. I've been burned in those games (for about $60k to be exact) so I am not someone who invested and lost $200 and now whining about it.

I am very excited that I found this group and I am really looking forward to make some money on CDIV. Once that happens I am looking forward to a CDIV Las Vegas weekend get together (I am planting a seed right now :).

Excellent post, Ninja. I had a similar experience at another Monkinar in January. I understand that reasonable people are skeptical because of bad experiences with pink sheeets and BB stocks. The best way for them to overcome or confirm their skepticism is to attend a Monkinar. If that is not possible. then read the various boards for an extensive period of time and follow the share prices, then they can make a better informed decision. I believe that the results, over time, speak for themselves.
