I've seen this type of thing before with penny stocks. They go silent for a while and then go up threefold or more sometimes for no apparent reason or with some good pr. If they have lousy frequent pr's people don't believe them anyway. They still should be doing good business in Europe,etc. so this may go nowhere until we see earnings. Or it could bounce anytime. Best to wait and see and don't panic. And yes, they may be happy it's getting cheaper because they can accumulate a boatload. Then pr and big $$$, then after a pullback and repeat in a few weeks/months. Just have to buy at the right time.
