Another bloody cheek is, they shorted the entire AS since August 2009.

Well, if Sorkin is above board and has not been pocketing cash from the issuance of shares, then he should make a clear statement on exactly how that share strcuture has increased and what the shares have been used for. While we have the SS growing and have not been given a defintive answer to where the shares have gone, it allows shorters to thrive.

I personally am betting they have been above board and the shares have been for the acquisitions, but that is only an opinion with some hope behind it. Would be nice to see a confirmation fromt he company.
