Since as I understand it you are not a employee of GOIG but a independent contractor. If that is the case you should be able to be letting anyone know how things are going. This might help you sign up others, I don't know but maybe it will.
You might want to check on this but as I stated I don't see how a independent contractor is affording anything but what they are doing.
If a company starts using Go800 on its advs, Ambassadors should have not problem telling others. But I think there would be a problem to let others know if the company has not publicly used the service yet.
