This stock is done. The company might do quite well, but the stock is on a coarse for dilution. What will the share count be this time next year? It's already up 300 Million in just a couple of months. Dilution then reverse split.
If this company could ever be persuaded to file some financials(ANY FINANCIALS) then people would not have to guess at how much money the company owed other parties would they?
Signifcant debt load could mean so many different things,what is the companies idea of significant debt as opposed to what our(in general) might be? There could be "slightly significant" to like "HUGELY SIGNIFICANT" which wouldn't be that good to hear for long term holders!
How could we know for sure what they mean by the term? Well duh!, the company could go ahead and put out the months overdue finanacials for a start! JMHO
