I think if you read the 10K you can see that total outstanding is a bit over 92 million. Just over 7 million in the float.

If we are to buy up majority, it will cost millions. The info about 500K outstanding is wrong. I wouldn't be suprised if this company will be moving on to the main board before year end. As per they PR yesterday, you can see they are getting some professionals in place.
