Yep, that's a good one. Wonder who is running that show, or is it a team effort. Today's second news seems to have had some shareholder input as well.

Ulysses Diversified Holdings Corp. (Other OTC:UDHC.PK - News) today will address the Company's Share Structure/Capitalization per the Shareholders request.

Lots of choice quotes... shares were so hot at one time, had to be extinguished:

"The company apologizes to the Shareholders for any inconvenience this may cause, however we believe that this is crucial for the company to verify and account for all of its shares and extinguish any unauthorized shares," said Clayton Young, President & CEO."

This one is just plain baffling...I get the gist of course, but how awkward.

"The company based on advice from counsel has ordered a current NOBO list along with other actions to verify the rightful benefactors of the previously paid "dividend," counsel has also advised that any recipients and sales of non entitled dividend shares will be required to make good on the company's belief that they benefited from ill gotten gains."

Horrors on below...simple solution, register with the SEC, file current financials etc.

"it is our belief that shorting of our securities is occurring and we want it stopped," said Clayton Young President."

In light of more recent news, this one should perhaps have been worded...'will swap something like 67 million, we're not sure exactly how much yet'

"Ulysses has swapped 67,634,400 restricted shares (for one year) for 13,526,880 (100% of all outstanding shares) of SecureNetView.

And this: more accurate would have been, 'well it's not really complete, we have a deal, but we gotta figure how much stock they have, get their shareholders to send us the certs, then we'll add them all up and do the exchange around end of May.'
