I'd speculated last week that part of the drop might have been to help institutionals get in at a more attractive price. Are they placing institutional sized buys or still just picking at it?

SEAB has been here a few weeks now. They were going to be our 'bulwark' against shorting.

That they are "institution players" does not assure that institutions are or will be playing.

They are the equivalent of reserved, non-contracted, key words.
