I have had a few exchanges with IR about uplisting. It seems what is neccesary for uplisting would be having 2008 and 2009 audited. So being specultive....

could we expect that Q1 may be audited, and we also see 2008 and 2009 audits completed. Who knows?

Regardless business is growing very fast, distribution channels are growing, and there is alot in the pipeline. Not to mention DME is not a kindergartener with a computer. They are officed on Wall Street. Even if it ontop of the Mcdonalds, which Im not saying it is. There is still legitamacy there. And Chart is bullish IMO, the PPS will follow
