Hi Monk,

I may have missed this and if I have, please point me in the direction of some linkage so that I can read... what are you usually looking for when you announce a pick? I found you guys through one of my own scans and I was certainly not looking for the same thing -- more so just a chart that screamed over sold on a well performing stock.

Are you looking for MM manipulation as a starting place or true underlying fundamentals on a company? Just trying to understand the process since I stumbled upon this on my own, and it seems like you guys have been a part of cdiv for a while now.

Timely post reinforces!...it is human nature to not believe in the impossible or some new unreached milestone...naysayers have their right..let them keep "naying"...it was important for you to let everyone know that you werent on pleasure trips only...each of your replies since shows how you are indeed spending endless hours (Mel got you up to 21.5hr a day now I hear??)with next 100000xx% plays.

now, as a team, it is up to team members to pls refer them to this sticky and other important ones...IF they dont see the light then, well, good luck with their stocks!...as much as one likes/wants to say other words...not saying them shows your character...they come out in the words show on a computer screen...

Monk and Den - It took me awhile, but I'm finally onboard with both CDIV and EIGH. If only my other stupid investments hadn't sat dormant for the past 5 months I could have been in sooner.

I've been holding the hands for you Mr. Monk and done fairly well with it. I was going to post a chart of CDIV and a couple of 'other posters' favorite plays as a comparison of what a great call is vs. true P&D plays, but I thought better of it. No use explaining what is so blatantly obvious to anyone who has a attended a Monkinar already or those how have seen what you have done with so many stocks over the last 1.5 years since I met you.

Your calls in the Den speak for themselves, and no outside noise will change what you have built in the Den over the last 18 months. I am proud to call you my friend and am forever grateful what you have done for my family and the entire true Den Team!

We are really going to have to get together again for our 7th face to face visit and have another beer or two!
