Peter certainly hasnt been very quiet in Africa. If they were in any kind of deal, they would still be obligated to say so, companies relish in making those statements to their shareholders, but erhc has the offor card to hide behind.not that anyone would buy it.

Strass,a public statement about being in a 'quiet period' would certainly cause our share price to sky rocket,something the parties wish to avoid at this time,imho.
