I have been following yours and Ronnie's post and wanted to ask if there is any advantage to keeping a note unpaid like this? Much like you might not want to close a personal account for reasons that have nothing to do with the amount owed, but simply another reason altogether. 12K is truly a drop in the bucket and from the stand point of both sides is there any leverage one has on the other to want to keep it open or is there any possible win win situation for both sides?
