The percentage is only an estimate - it is how long it takes to liquidate all of the debtor's assets.


Even if the percentage is attained before all assets are liquidated it does not mean that is the end of LBHI's obligation to the creditors - they are entitled to their Total Claim Value and the creditors will continue to receive distributions until all assets are liquidated and all litigation is completed.
