Hey rb, doing well, liking some of the DD here, I mean pictures and receipts always go a long way for me on the validation scale. Question for you, Pinksheets lists the O/S 142,733,730 and A/S 500,000,000 as of June 30, 2009, but when I look on the EQLB Quarterly Report ended June 30, 2009 it lists O/S as 69,077,800 with an A/S of 100,000,000 . That would be significantly lower. Any idea on why the discrepancy. Has anyone verified the current O/S?
