i am totally for people discussing their investment and being concerned. however, i prefer people to gather info on the "problem" and then show facts. someone claims dilution? prove it. Someone claims r/s? prove it.

thats just how i am. so when people are getting a little razzled by "leak" problems, i am a little skeptical.

not saying its not ok to speculate about YOUR investment and YOUR company, because that is what a message board is for...

I don't mind a little critical analysis Gummy, keeps some balance amongst mostly bullish sentiment and enlist things that we all should probably keep in mind (not necessarily over concerned though). But I was wondering if you have contacted the company expressing some of your concerns and if so, what was their response.

I have also stated that water drainage or retention will have at least some dependence on the individual area's codes and geographical nature. You've talked about before on the permit issues and those permits also entail what they have to do as of now in this location and whatever the city or county are requiring them to do or at least a set of options that they have and one would think they are within those requirements.

I have heard from one poster here that there was a response that this would be explained at a later date, so it probably will. But you are pretty good at coming up with and noticing some possible issues and maybe you can propose some intelligent questions to the company for answers that could be included in any future explanations.

Gummy, you've hit it again, nothing but a little conversation about what could be going on in a continuous flow of pictures presented to us by a company many of us have a lot of money invested into. While the topic appears to appeal to some it seems to bother others. But you can't make everyone happy, some people can't seem to find the humor or they might just twist what you say and exaggerate on that.
Either way, isn't this a board for conversation and where the topic is suppose to be about BEHL?
Personally I see hidden value in continuing this conversation in that I noticed a couple of people brought up the idea of if the puddles represent a leak would not the tubes seem to be flatter? On the surface that seems to be a very logical assumption. However, as a investor I would rather hope that our new Siemens systems control pannel would automatically correct any drop in pressure and any continuous drop would alert the moderator to check for any problems leading to the drop in pressure. This feature I would imagine could only add value to our equipment.
It further seems to me that some people just don't want to hear about the prospect that there might be a potential problem. Well, as has been stated before it is better to learn about any problems now at this stage rather than later after we have a growing culture that might become contaminated.
Mountains out of molehills? I think it's only thoughts, perspective, ideas, but mostly just conversation. In the end it will just tailor off and we'll be on to newer points of interests.
