???.

NWMT…aka NMKT…. is in a “strip mall” office building site and then, and then, and then, and then….

Where’s the beef?

Thank you for the photos, Scootter82.

I owe you an apology. I failed to click “next” last night seeing only the first couple pictures being left with the impression that NWMT was trying to be portrayed as the sole occupant of that facility and not but one among many that are leasing office space there.

Hat’s off for your time and efforts.

Scov.

Looks like.....

Thanks for taking and posting photos, Scooter. The NewMarket office ("headquarters"?) looks like pretty small potatoes to me. It's a typical leased suite similarly found in the thousands of such office parks located throughout the US. The entrance to "14860" as shown in your photo can be best appreciated in perspective by going to the bird's eye "satellite" view available at maps.google.com. Moreover, that 14860 entrance is just one to several buildings that make up that entire office park ("Prestonwood Pond II") and NewMarket is merely leasing one relatively small suite (210) in that one building of the office park. Also, from your photos, it looks like most of that particular building's tenants are run-of-the-mill local insurance agencies or similar small scale businesses..... not hardly $100 million corporations.

The photos are appreciated. Still, though, such a small scale leased suite in a typical office park is cause for concern.
