The time when Cit was in liquidating, all the commons have been wiped out. The CT and pref. got new cusip numbers. Until the court approved the POR, the CT got its new value which is shares plus cash. The pref was wiped completely out after 60 days since it did not meet the cvr. During those times, everything is frozen no trade at all. At least in my case, BoA could not do it.
