"...majority rules..."? I thought is was about autonomy. It dosen't matter though and I do agree with you that any way we can expose this company to the general public especially through mass media like CNBC where business people and investers tend to focus is a good thing.

The president is elected by the electoral college not the "majority of the people".
The courts have sometimes overturned the majority of the "people's will". This is called defeating the "tyranny of the majority". (Most cases are related to civil rights, etc).
Now to the point at hand - using a large group of people to influence the PPS of BEHL. There is nothing wrong with encouraging people to learn about algae and that it is a good thing and that BEHL is working hard in this market. But, you do have to be careful. There are subjective rules about stock price manipulation. That said, given what pennystockchaser et al get away with these rules seem pretty vague and unenforced to me.
