Well the Judge didn't agree with the deal made with JPM and said he did not see how it benefited the Creditors - and JPM had a $ 28 billion Claim against LBHI.

I don't think class 4 to 8 will get more than 14.7%. If there have more left, then the formula will be re-done. Class 5 may get paid.
