bobs, Q205 looks to be the end of 130nm for all practical purposes.

Sounds like they´ll be producing 130nm products at least until Q4. Ramping a new process takes time, and, in AMD´s case, longer than usual for 90nm, it seems. Maybe we´ll get an update in the Q4 CC.

I gathered from AMD´s analyst day that 130nm K7 Sempron will continue to be produced for the not-so-far-developed countries in H2/05, and maybe beyond. Probably the most economical choice.
