GENERAL AND ADMINISTRATIVE EXPENSES

I do not follow the GE SEC filings, but it is likely to me that all of Mr. Welch's hidden expenses fall under the above category.

I believe that the investing public has as much right to know about how many season passes they gave a CEO for the year as to how much the janitorial costs were.

Even if those expenses to Mr. Welch amount to less than .5 per cent of revenues, IMHO the public deserves to know.

ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!
