ERHC has a separate agreement with SNP since SNP is carrying us, EEL just signed the overall agreement that all the partners in the block have to sign, the separate agreement that ERHC signed with SNP might contain more restrictive communication language that would not allow ERHC to disclose until SNP gives them the ok to release, however, its certainly possible that ERHC could release and is not, but I like to put all possibilities out there.
