The O/S will only go down if shares are retired. What matters is how high the trading float is. You and I have no idea what right now what the float is.

My opinion is that there is no real buyback going on still, because the money is still not in Deans account. that does not change my big picture outlook, because I believe it will happen when it happens.. and as I stated before.. I can wait 12 or more months for a 20-or more-bagger :)
