with TDA, many pinkies require a broker call-in. Just be sure to tell them you want the on-line price when ordering/buying GOIG.

well, TDA restricts some pinks they deem "suspicious", but that hasn't hurt GOIG too much as evidenced by the huge runup a few days ago--Scottrade is actually worse than TDA in restricting pinks
