All good thoughts Rocketeer. My answer ... YES they must see something as must the new crew. Otherwise this CTGI would simply pump and dump routinely like most penny stocks, but they don't and are taking a beating in the steadfast manner they are going about bringing LTC forward. The delays are not something we like, nor bearing the costs of those delays but it shows me they are trying to bring about a major product in the best manner.

what will they demand in return? LTC shares

What does CTGI have to offer? A % of LTC

raised with the last 25 million share dilution? Preferred shares? .. I now believe the 25 mill has nothing to do with LTC--proforma-- not entering the market.

Do you think CTGI will seek to increase the A/S in order to get a deal done? nope,, or not more than o/s increase to legal/SEC filing costs.
