looks like they are on Ak's tail. Wayne obviously speaks with authority if the FBI are asking him questions about AK. Not that he said it was AK, just surmising here. Looks like the weather may be turning for the worse.

you are absolutely correct....if the feds were conducting any kind of investigation it would be done under wraps, completely absent of any public display of information. Any person or persons being contacted in connection with an investigation would be informed that they could not speak or share information regarding a specific investigation. Any kind of investigation would be just that an inquiry into certain events or business practices.... there could be serious consequences if an investigation resulted in a business being financially damaged or person or persons of a company being damaged as the result of rumors of or anyone sharing information regarding an investigation which turned out to be absent of any wrong doing.

The FBI....operate in a more professional manner than this....

I do not believe one word of Rosso's post....I have freinds in the law enforcement fields and I will be sharing my concerns with them regarding the confidentiality of any investigation...as this post as indicated....
