Here's what we either know or have heard...
Hildago Mining (HMIT) is now Verde Media Group, a company registered in the State of DE as of January of this year. On the first of this month the Company filed the approriate paperwork with FINRA for a change of name and new trading symbol. Along with the new symbol comes the CUSIP number, which as xbigshot1 pointed out so well, is like the DNA of a stock. So with the number change all debts must be cleared up on the prior CUSIP...I believe there is a halt on the stock while that occurs for about 3 days. Some believe that the short positions must be covered at this time, and since there is a big short here we figure they will have to be covered in that time span and cause the PPS to adjust positively prior to the start of trading again. After that we hear there might be some good news in terms of the company and also their pilot series they are making. All of this happening in sequence to not only maintain, but propel the PPS upward for a long run. And thats all we know...rumors are swirling that this will be penny stock of the year...and no, I'm not forgetting about that other penny consistently at #1 in the top 15. :-)
