Looks like it was an 800,000 Buy at 15:58:20...

...Most likely a strong attempt to "Paint the Tape," but alas, it did not force ANY sort of uptick in the Ask Price, which remained stalled at 0.0032. But, THANK YOU, whomever made that 800,000-Share purchase!
