This is a true statement.

I tell you what though, if JB releases the next quarterly report and the share count has increased more than a trivial amount i'm going to be one pissed off investor. We have $4 million in stocks held for sale, if he is floating the cost of doing business on my shoulders while we have $4million sitting on the books that takes nothing more than a sell order to get cash for i'm not going to be happy.
