Even this guy works with bonds and medium term notes daily. The reason I have a copy is because some fool tried to have my company monetize a loan against his bogus bond.


Rufus exposed nothing. Counterfeit bonds and other securities have been known about long before Rufus tried to pull this scam. Some of the best forgeries come from Indonesia and China.
