Nope. Read my post on form 144. Shares are restricted. How can they make a back room deal on restricted shares. It's a good try but not good enough.

Please note that poster you are referring to just created his account today. And per the company's own PR:

"This move will provide greater accountability and transparency for shareholders, expanded access to capital sources, and optimal growth of business operations. The company believes the decision to up-list to the Bulletin Board will go a long ways toward addressing the issues related to the shorting of company stock."

So the uplisting is in part to help eliminate this shorting that is going on. Why would the owner then secretly sell shares to a group he wants to burn?
