Agree with the JR statement. He is there because of 'political' ability, not because he knows anything about TiO2, running a company, or sales. He just happened to be in the right place at the right time. Dennis 'mission' depends on him making as much money as he can for the stockholders. They put him there for that purpose. They had a 'goal' in their minds when he was hired and His $$$ will come from reaching that goal. If they come out of BK with the current operating plan, where the bondholers control, then he gets nothing. ---I don't see him letting that happen.

I wasn't questioning if the CEO was dumping his own shares, but instead if he needed to raise cash for company operations, and was selling company stock into the market
