I actually think RF is as good or better than SunTrust..STI..

I have accounts at both of them and First Tennessee for that matter, and RF treats me and ALL my family better...

RF people a heckuva lot more friendly, their website won a prestigious award recently, great locations (in my area anyways)etc...
