Great entry..... Moses is a pretty sharp cat,no doubt.Mike is no dummy.And if you do some research on Mr. Adams,you'd see that he's quite "the anchor"....... Very diversified management team,too say the least...... Great beer.Old,established German brewery,brought into the light of the US marketplace ---------- Excellent groundwork has been done up to date,and as you stated,the ball is just startin' to roll -------- The dilution,well,the increased OS,as of Black Art's last filing,shows what they did,to get to where they are-------- It's pretty obvious that something's takin' place here in the mid to upper .02's........... Oppenheimer,Maximimum Marketing,the folks that set up the distribution and warehousing for Black Art(can't think of the name off hand),have received shares for services,rights to product,and justifiably so...... I'm not sure of the amount they'll drop off here in the .02's,but it's definitely not helping the pps at the moment....... I'm not sayin' the company has not sold a share or six during this backslide,but I'm pretty sure they are not the only ones --------------- Kroger Supermarkets....TV Commercials(which will be out in May)......Expanded distribution area.......
