Ok, nice dig by that person and I did some DD myself and I think this is what he came up with. As per the 13D/A filing it says....

Item 1. Security and Issuer

This statement relates to shares of common stock, no par value per share (the "Shares"), of eTotalsource, Inc. a Colorado corporation (the "Issuer" ie Mark A. Uram). The Principal, executive office of the Issuer is located at 1818 N. Farwell Ave, Milwaukee, WI 53202.

So, I did a search for that address, and it comes up with a company called Renewalfuels.com in which the "domain name of the website", is owned by "Network solutions". Network solutions owns the domain and if you look at it, it expired on 3/9 and is pending renewal. Network solutions is in the web domain buisness. The site is inactive and up for renewal by Network Solutions.

THIS MEANS nothing really in my opinion and is HIGHLY, HIGHLY spectulative.

Etotalsource is a totally different company than Network Solutions.

i understand is speculation, the registra of networksoulutions , and the name connected to the address of networksolutions, is Mark A.Uram, with the same address as listed on the SEC fillings as being a 34% shareholder of ETLS....just doing diggin on stuff...but i wonder why Mark Uram is grabbin all these shares.. only thing we can do is wait and see..
